Monthly Meeting Success Table

Choose your cities and (optionally) your own time zone. MeetSpan scans the whole month and shows only the days where everyone shares a common business-hours window.

Calendar days are calculated using accurate local time zones and business-hour rules for each city.

How MeetSpan calculates time zones (DST‑aware)

We use IANA time zones (for example: America/New_York) and apply daylight saving rules for each location automatically.

Your local time zone comes from your device settings, and you can override it anytime by selecting a city/time zone.

Scheduling reminder: local public holidays and movable observances (e.g., Ramadan/Eid, Lunar New Year) can shift working hours. Holiday/observance overlays aren’t enabled on MeetSpan yet—please confirm with local calendars.

If something looks off, double‑check your device date/time and time zone.

Pro tips for planning global months

Monthly views are perfect for strategic planning. Instead of fighting the calendar every week, you can align your most important work with the strongest overlap days in advance.

  • Pick 1–2 primary collaboration days each week where overlap is strongest.
  • Reserve low‑overlap days for documentation, asynchronous work and deep focus.
  • Align big events (like launches and all‑hands) with the highest‑overlap days in the month.
  • Re-run the table whenever your team adds or removes a location.

You can refine the exact hour of important sessions with the Team Time Zone Planner and confirm precise time windows using the Meeting Overlap Finder.

How to use the Monthly Success Table

Think of this table as a planning radar for your month. Instead of guessing which days will be easiest for global collaboration, you can see strong overlap days in one view.

Great times to use it

  • Choosing sprint kickoff and retrospective dates.
  • Planning all‑hands meetings or quarterly business reviews.
  • Coordinating product launches and incident drills across regions.

Reading the calendar

  • Focus on days where the overlap indicator calls out strong or very strong alignment.
  • Use medium-overlap days for internal work, and avoid low-overlap days for complex multi-team sessions.
  • Re-run the scan whenever your team composition or working hours change.

Monthly Success Table FAQ

Can I export the success table?
At the moment you can copy the insights into your team docs or planning tools. A CSV or calendar export option can be added later without changing how the table works.
Does it support different public holidays per city?
The current version focuses on weekdays and weekends. For critical launches, we still recommend checking important local holidays manually in your key markets.
