What does it mean when a cell is highlighted in the success table?

Highlighted cells indicate days where your chosen cities have meaningful overlapping office hours. Darker or more prominent highlights usually indicate stronger overlap for that month.

How are weekends and local holidays handled?

Weekends are skipped for each city according to its local weekend pattern. The tool focuses on weekdays where business collaboration is most likely. Future versions can also factor in public holidays.

Who should use this tool?

How MeetSpan calculates time zones (DST‑aware)

We use IANA time zones (for example: America/New_York) and apply daylight saving rules for each location automatically.

Your local time zone comes from your device settings, and you can override it anytime by selecting a city/time zone.

Scheduling reminder: local public holidays and movable observances (e.g., Ramadan/Eid, Lunar New Year) can shift working hours. Holiday/observance overlays aren’t enabled on MeetSpan yet—please confirm with local calendars.
